All of these resources come to bear when Plateau Music takes on a new client. Plateau has tough criteria and standards. New artists must be ready for lots of reality and hard work in attaining their goals. What’s important is the quality, not the quantity, of artists. Tony will tell an artist what he/she needs to hear not what they want to hear. He has gained respect of the industry professionals by adhering to these standards. His business is a model of hard work and world- class quality.
Tony wants you to be excited about your chosen career and realistic in your goals. He draws on his extensive background to teach artists a real understanding of the business, their careers and, ultimately themselves. In this way the artist is able to make decisions based on fact not hearsay or emotions..
